Who we are

Akshar Dies & Tools is a power-sector metal fabrication plant and engineering consultancy in GIDC Makarpura, Vadodara, Gujarat. Founded in 1997 as a maker of dies and tools, it is the oldest company of the Ferrokshar Group.

Over nearly three decades the plant has grown from a tool room into a specialist supplier to transformer manufacturers and utilities: transformer tanks, yoke and core clamps, substation structures and steel poles, alongside storage and pressure vessels, sheet metal cabinets, machined components and the press tools and dies we started with. Engineering, tooling, fabrication, finishing and testing all sit on one site, under one management.
